How to accept store request access?

To help you solve an issue, we may require access to your store. Here are the steps to accept our request.

⚠️ Be careful: Do not update the permissions that we request or we will have to send our request again

  1. Open Settings in your Shopify store
  2. Go to Users and permissions tab
  3. Be careful! Do not remove permissions.
    Scroll down
  4. Click on Accept Request. We can now access your store 🎉
